I returned my books, but they are still showing on my account?

Items returned to the Library using the 24/7 book bins at Newton Park and Green Park House need to be processed by Library staff.
This will usually happen the next working day, but delays can occur if items are being transported between sites.
You will be emailed once your loans have been processed, and please be assured that you will not be fined for overdue loans.
