I’ve requested a book, when can I expect it?

Click & Collect requests are normally available the next working day, but delays may occur due to the availability of the item.
If all copies of your request are currently on loan then you will have to wait until a copy is returned through our recall service (approx. 1 week), although this can sometimes take longer.
Please wait until you receive your email to confirm it is available before arranging to travel onto campus.
